We’ looking for a new F&B Systems - Ops Tech Implementation Managers to help ensure our hotels and restaurants transition smoothly, safely and confidently to our new platforms by helping to deliver one of the most significant operational and technology transformations in our history - replacing Micros with Simphony and introducing Crunchtime (NetChef). You’ll help shape how teams learn, adopt and embed new ways of working, making a real impact on guest experience, operational excellence and long‑term system performance.

What you’ll be doing:   

  • You’ll provide day‑to‑day leadership and guidance to a team of Regional Implementation Leads delivering the national rollout of Simphony and Crunchtime.
  • Ensure your team is aligned to project timelines, rollout milestones and readiness standards, driving consistency across all regions.
  • You’ll act as the central coordination point for escalations, insight and issue resolution from the field.
  • Create and manage operational processes that support a clean and safe migration and cutover for each site.
  • You’ll partner with Tech teams on resource planning, logistics and deployment scheduling.
  • Build and deliver engaging, face to face training to site leaders as well as capture insights and lessons learned to support continuous improvement

 

What you’ll need: 

  • Strong operational or multi‑site leadership experience, ideally within hospitality.
  • Confidence working with both operational and technical teams and the ability to translate technical detail into clear, practical guidance for site teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills up to senior level, with the ability to build trust quickly and support teams through change.
  • Experience coaching and developing others, with a calm, supportive approach when helping teams adopt new systems.
  • A positive, solutions‑led mindset and the ability to work independently across a national field role.
  • Commercial awareness, particularly around labour, productivity and operational performance.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly.
