As Assistant Hotel Manager youll play a pivotal role in our management set up, working closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure smooth operations across all departments. Your experience and skills in guest management and team leadership will be crucial to our site’s continued success.

What you’ll do: 
 

  • Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards 

  • Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one 

  • Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests’ experience, taking on feedback to push for even more 

  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards 
     

What you’ll need: 

  • Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or a related field 

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service 

  • Motivated to advance your career within hotel management 

  • Excellent team management and communication skills 

  • Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
